Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total, including children and infants. Guests 5 years and older must wear WaterColor amenity wristbands at all times. Please provide your total guest count at booking so we can request the correct number of wristbands. Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee per WaterColor HOA policy. The WaterColor HOA office is closed on weekends, so changes to your guest count may not be processed until the next business day. Please confirm your total guests when booking to ensure all wristbands are ready for your arrival.;
