Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total, including children and infants. WaterColor amenity wristbands are required for guests age 5 and older and are included with your stay. Please provide your complete guest count at booking so the correct number of wristbands can be arranged before arrival. Changes to guest count should be submitted as early as possible. The WaterColor HOA office is closed on weekends, which may limit last-minute wristband updates. Lost, damaged, or unreturned wristbands may be subject to a replacement fee in accordance with current WaterColor HOA policy. The included 6-passenger GEM low-speed vehicle may be operated only by drivers age 21 or older who hold a valid driver’s license and comply with all WaterColor, local, and rental rules.;
