Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

• The home accommodates up to 12 guests total, including children and infants. • WaterColor amenity wristbands are required for guests ages 5 and up and are included with your stay. • Please confirm your total guest count at the time of booking so the appropriate number of wristbands can be prepared for your arrival. • Lost wristbands may incur a $50 replacement fee, per WaterColor HOA policy. • The WaterColor HOA office is closed on weekends; to ensure a smooth arrival, guest count updates are best finalized prior to arrival when possible.;
