Your stay includes a 6-passenger GEM golf cart, complimentary bikes, and WaterColor HOA wristbands providing full access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor pools and slides, multiple community pools, scenic trails, tennis, pickleball, and easy access to Seaside and Western Lake — all included, with no additional amenity fees.

We’re a family who fell in love with WaterColor for its natural beauty, welcoming community, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. From bike rides along shaded paths to sunsets on the Gulf, our time here has always been about slowing down and enjoying the moments that matter most. We created Pocketful of Sunshine with the same intention — a thoughtfully designed home where families and friends can feel comfortable, connected, and completely at ease from the moment they arrive.
